Call for Resumes – Tanzania Public Systems Strengthening (PS3)

DAI, an international consulting firm with an active presence in Tanzania, is currently recruiting for senior and mid-level professionals for an anticipated USAID-funded Tanzania Public Sector Systems Strengthening (PS3) program. The program is to last five years. The program aligns with Government priorities for improving public systems at the national and LGA level for the delivery and use of quality services. Areas of expertise sought include:

·         Citizen Engagement

·         Communications/Outreach using mixed media

·         Human Resource Development/Capacity Building

·         Public Financial Management

·         Financing of Services/Facilities

·         Information Systems

·         Operations Research

·         Monitoring /Evaluation

·         Service Delivery by Sector, health, education, agriculture

·         Governance and Devolution

·         Project Administration (office management; finance; subcontracts; procurement; accounting)

Requirements:

·         Degree in Economics, Business, Social Science or one of the above stated technical fields

·         Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

·         Good communication skills, both written and oral

·         Fluency in English required
