Title: Field Office Program Co-coordinator (Re-Advertised)
Location: Tabora
Reports To: Associate Director of Field Programs

Essential Responsibilities:
The Field Office Program Co-coordinator is responsible for direct oversight of program staff for Tabora office and monitor project contracts within the program for Project HEART, care and treatment and PMTCT in the area, ensuring that the program and program staff and site staff deliver the designed objectives and impact. Also in so doing is responsible for the programme work that supports implementation of the country strategy.

Required Qualifications
  • Medical Officer or Nursing Officer preferably with Masters in Public Health or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in managing human and financial resources
  • At least four years professional experience in HIV program management and practical experience in HIV/AIDS programs in developing countries is required

Title: Technical Advisor, Care & Treatment
Location: Dar Es Salaam
Reports To: Associate Technical Director

Essential Responsibilities
The Technical Advisor for Care and Treatment is responsible to the Associate Technical Director for the overall planning and implementation of the care and treatment program. He/She provides advice for all the technical and programmatic aspects of the program.

Required Qualifications
  • MD, AMO or RN with more than 3 years of experience working in HIV/AIDS programs and international health.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in program management and implementation of HIV/AIDS programs in developing countries, including supervision and reporting.
  • Masters in Public Health or other masters is an asset.
Job Title: Awards and Compliance Manager
Responsible to: Director of Operations
Purpose of post:
Responsible for the provision of awards and compliance management support to EGPAF Tanzania's programs and ensures compliance with the terms and conditions of the Foundation's awards, applicable EGPAF and US Federal Government audit, cost and administrative principles and regulations

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years experience in US Federal funded grants/contracts administration and management.
  • Working knowledge of OMB Circulars and legislation for US Grants and Cooperative Agreements and USAID-specific assistance regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field required. Masters preferred.
  • Experience in the development or implementation of contracts/grants and compliance training.
