Position: SOLAR SISTER HAS 5 REGIONAL SALES ASSOCIATE OPENINGS

Job Location: Solar sister's regional base, 1 – Mare, 1 - Shinyanga, 2 - Mororogoro, 1- Iringa, and 1 - Mbeya with frequent travel to target communities to build Solar Sister's women entrepreneur network

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Regional Sales Coordinator will report to Solar Sister's Tanzania Program Country Manager (who is based in Arusha) and will be responsible for program implementation and expansion in the region.
Regional Sales Associates will be responsible for
• Mobilizing, training, recruiting and ongoing mentoring of local Solar Sister entrepreneur teams
• Planning and implementation for achieving regional sales targets
• Building strong relationship with local partners and community leaders
• Running a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis
• Working in tandem with the entire Solar Sister team and maintaining flexible attribute supporting all stated objectives
• Maintenance and accountability for high levels of customer service (internal and external)
• Performing in a manner consistent with company Vision, Mission Statement and Operating Principles

What we are looking for
• Understanding of Solar Sister's vision
• Community leadership/sales experience a big plus
• Strong understanding of the local region where the job is based (Mara, Shinyanga, Morogoro, Iringa and Mbeya)
• Good business acumen and Kiswahili
• Fluency in both English and Kiswahili
• Excellent IT and social medical skills
• Strong bookkeeping and excel spreadsheet skills
• Ability to work well in teams as well as carry independent tasks
• Enthusiastic and highly motivated
