Recruitment & Collection Officer (NINE POSTS)
DUTY STATIONS: MWANZA (2), ARUSHA (2), MBEYA (2), MTWARA (2), TANGA (1), MAFINGA (1)
The Recruitment and Collection Officer responsibilities are in four folds: (i) Growth of Fund's Membership base and Collection: thus should be keen for capturing opportunities, acquire new members to meet targets, coordinate visits/seminars and other marketing activities, identify potential growth areas, coordinate and carryout collection to meet monthly and annual collection and keep the supervisor informed on new market developments. (ii) Members Service and Relationship Management - should know member's requirements and be able to solve problems/complaints and solve them in time, monitor timely payments of members benefits; ensure timely
Commerce, Business Administration, with at least two years of relevant experience. Should have a strong background of social security laws, policies and principles; and Regulations benefits processing and customer service rules. Must have advanced computer literacy on contributions and benefits administration packages. Age limit between 25-35 years old.
