Business Research Analyst at Tigo
To Support all areas involved in the core processes with research activities (commercial, customer operations, Go to market, etc.)
Key Responsibilities

• Managing qualitative studies, this includes:
- Writing discussion guides and screeners
- Conducting in-depth interviews and moderate focus groups
- Analyzing and interpreting findings
- Identifying key insights and opportunities for the business and make strategic recommendations
- Report writing
- Presenting findings to stakeholders
• Participating in innovation proposal processes
• Use both qualitative and quantitative data to identify key learnings that will help grow the business
• Any other activities assigned by the supervisor
Position Requirements

• University degree, preferably in marketing, communication, social sciences, psychology or business administration
• At least 2 years experience in Market Research or Social Research environment
• Experience in understanding consumer behavior
• Experience in moderation of groups
