These positions are located in the Policy, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Service (PPMES) of the Office of the High Commissioner for the Human Rights (OHCHR) and the incumbent reports to the Chief of the Service.
Education
Advanced university degree or equivalent in business administration, management, political science, international relations, international development or a related field. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

Work Experience
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management issues in complex situations, of which at least three years in human rights, humanitarian, development or closely related areas at the international level within the UN system. Experience in knowledge management is also required. Experience in developing and managing databases is an asset.
