Merchant services service consultant
Key results areas
• Acquiring of Merchants
• Loading of Merchant information on Remedy and authorization
• Point of Sale deployment
• Processing of application procedures. meet timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant sales targets
• Implementation of the Group processes to all Merchants
• Implementation of Group standard service delivery m~ric (SLA)
• Training Merchants
• Fraud monitoring
• Attending to queries from Merchants
• Ensure KYC documents are obtained from Merchants before data capturing
• Managing targets and budget goals for the Business Unit. whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency
• Manage and control the activities of Point of Sale and field support services Suppliers and Vendors
• Attend to queries of clients regarding goods received and dispatched at Poiht of Sale and resolve live software issues
• To ensure team keep records of all software problems experienced on 'Live' software and record changes an update system (Remedy) for asset movement control
• To manage and control all Point of Sale Equipment for the Bank to ensure efficient operations
• Responsible for quality assurance monitoring.
• Hold direct reports accountable for the implementation of Leadership Strategy that drive behavior towards high performance
• Investigate and report on financial recoveries due from Merchants
• To monitor changes in legislation, regulations. initiatives and relevant industry practices. Ensure drafting and Implementation of appropriate Interventions

• Strong selling skills
