1. Deliver Superior Financial Performance • Learn what it takes to become a dealer in financial markets 2. Strengthen our right partner relationship • Develop relationships with TB, CBMS, CF & OCC • Ensure good relationships are maintained with regulators 3. Drive the right Risk Culture • Read and pass the FM Code of Conduct (live by these guidelines) • Ensure business risk framework is fit for purpose, appropriate controls are implemented and adhered to, risk identifiers (metrics & assessments) are representative of business strategy, reporting and escalation processes are timely and relevant • Track key Operational Risk issues 4. Communicate effectively, Reinforce the Brand and Culture • Ensure all opportunities to showcase our capabilities are examined and executed as appropriate • To ensure controls and compliance to procedures and controls that meet Group policy and Standards and local regulations regarding Money Laundering Prevention and all other GM policy requirements. • Be away of and comply with Group policy, local laws and Regulations relating to the prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. | |
