A leading company in the tourism industry is currently taking applications
for a Personnel Manager who will:
 
- Be in charge of all personnel administration, including managing and
processing all aspects of payroll related functions
- Oversee and ensure the implementation of company policies and ensure
compliance with labour laws
- Provide support to the heads of department with staff development and
promotion of staff welfare
 
*Applicants must have the following:*
 
 
 
- Minimum bachelor degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized
University
 
 
- Minimum 4 years work experience in a similar role
 
 
- Knowledge of the company HR Policies and procedure and broad
understanding of relevant legislation
 
 
- Strong administration ability
 
 
- Good computer skills-MS Word and Excel in particular
 
 
- The ability to work through and with managers in non judgmental manner
 
 
- Integrity and clear sense of fairness
 
 
- A friendly, compassionate nature with a real concern for others
