  1. DAY CARE TEACHER (1POST) – NYUMBA YA MUNGU STATION
REPORTING TO: WELFARE OFFICER - NYUMBA YA MUNGU
POSITION OBJECTIVE
To ensure provision of high quality and standard education services to staffs' children, dependants and surrounding community in collaboration with other team members.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES                    
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Provide basic training and supervise social activities for children like songs, games, and storytelling etc.
  • Perform both long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives.
  • Provide inputs for bi – annual assessments for children's development.
  • Keeping all appropriate records of attendance and time sheets.
  • Ensure that children are being supervised all the time.
                                                                                              
PROFESSIONAL/ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Form IV or VI secondary certificate and a.
  • Holder of Certificate in Nursery Teaching from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in the related field
  • Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
REMUNERATION
An attractive compensation package base on performance and consummate with the responsibility will apply to the successful candidates.
