Job Title : Agriculture Expert (Local PL)

Requirements : 

• Master Degree in Agriculture, Agriculture economist or related field
• 5 years of experience in program /project design and management
• Experience in working in a multi- lateral financial institution
• Full understanding of the principles of project cycle and project implementation as applicable in the region member country
• Proven planning and organizational skills.
  
• In-depth knowledge of social, political and development issues in the country
• Proven ability to interact competently with staff of government and donor agencies
• Ability to communicate and write well
  
• Computer literate.
