QUALITY OFFICER/SUPPORT
Summary
Assists in the achievement of quality standards in the Support functions

Closing Date: Wednesday, March 18, 2015
Reports To:- Quality Manager/Support

Duties  
1. To Assist in the formulation of policies and guidelines concerning the support functions, i.e. Finance, Corporate, and Human resources, and in the review of the existing ones
2. To oversee the implementation of approved Support policies and guidelines through quality audits
3. To Assist Quality Manager/support in the design, review, and implementation of Support processes
4. To undertake the training of staff on the approved processes so as to facilitate their effective implementation
5. To Assist Quality Manager/support in undertaking quality audits of the implementation of Support processes in order to assess compliance, and recommends corrective actions and measures for improvement
6. To Assist Quality Manager/Support in updating all key documentation concerning Support functions

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration. Training in Quality Management will be an added advantage • At least two years of relevant experience in the Telecoms industry • Computer Literate with ability to manage process mapping software • Excellent written and verbal communication, both in English and Kiswahili • Willingness to travel to all regions of Tanzania • Excellent presentation and training skills
