SELECTION CRITERIA: All positions require the following criteria
• Tanzanian professional with 2-5+ years of work experience (high-level professional work/entrepreneurial experience)
• Bachelors or Masters University Graduate with GPA 3.0 or higher (Please include GPA/Scholl marks)
• Fluent in Kiswahili and English
• Fluency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to live and work in Iringa, with regional travel (unless otherwise stated)

4. JOB TITLE: PROGRAM OFFICER, PRODUCT INNOVATIONS (Iringa)
The Product Innovations Program Officer will work closely with Innovations Leadership to develop, test and analyze a portfolio of agriculture and non-agriculture products with the goal of improving the livelihoods of farmers in Tanzania. You will also be responsible for managing the staff associated with trials, ranging from project managers to field staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with Innovations leadership to develop and manage a project pipeline with a range of high-impact agriculture and non-agricultural products
• Management of several simultaneous product trials, including trial design, staff management, departmental co-ordination, trial execution, results analysis
• Mentorship and performance management for key Department staff
Additional Qualifications Required:
• University graduate (mandatory), graduate degree in sciences preferred
• 3+ years relevant and practical experience working rurally in product development/market research/data collection.
• Proven ability to teach/mentor others. Excellent ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Advanced MS Office user (incl. Excel)
