Novo Nordisk Middle Africa (Kenya)
Novo Nordisk Middle Africa was formed in early 2012. Novo Nordisk has an established presence with human insulin in Africa and our focus today is to sustain the growth of the market, ensure availability of better quality modern insulin within the markets and support the communities living with diabetes. We are looking to hire a graduate or young professional who is eager to be a part of a diverse team in an ever changing environment full of challenges.

Develop an international network
The International Operations Business Graduate Programme in Africa (Kenya) for newly graduated master students is a 2-year Programme consisting of three 8-month rotations: 

- First rotation in Africa (Kenya)
- Second rotation at our headquarters in Denmark
- The third rotation is in one of our business regions or another affiliate (different from your home country)

Global opportunities
After successfully completing the Programme you will have the necessary professional and personal skills to embark on a career at Novo Nordisk with, for example, a permanent position as a project coordinator/manager, specialist, analyst, or as an internal consultant. While you would be based in Africa (Kenya), your broad network and international experience from the Programme will provide global career opportunities.

Requirements
To join the Business Graduate Programme in Africa (Kenya) you must have a recent master's degree in economics, management, international business or a related field and have no more than 1 year since finishing your master's degree (we also welcome candidates with some years of work experience between their bachelor's and master's degree).
