Human Resources Officer



Human Resources Officer
Possession of Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Public Administration (with bias in Human Resources management or Public services management) from a recognized University with a working experience of six years. Possession of Master Degree and Basic Computer application skill will be an added advantage.

Duties:
Coordinate recruitments, placement, timely confirming new employees and promotion.
Check to ascertain accuracy for onward transmission for approval of staff welfare issues e.g. Processing and approving annual leave, loans and other staff claims.
Review procedures and policies on staff recruitment and recommends possible solutions for management consideration.
Ensure safety of personnel within the office premises.
Co-ordinate the open performance review and appraisal system (OPRAS)
Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
