1. HEAD OF QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ( 1 POST)
Job Purpose: Assures quality products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards
of Maxcom Africa Ltd products are consistent and meets both external and internal requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with
other members of management and with production operators, technicians, and engineers.
• Establishes in-process product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods; devising
testing methods and procedures.
• Establishes standards for the disposition of finished product by devising evaluation tests,
methods, and procedures.
• Establishes rework standards by devising inspection and physical testing methods and procedures.
• Establishes product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance
procedures.
• Maintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and government
requirements; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and
engineering designs and manufacturing and training methods.
• Prepares product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information and trends.
• Completes quality assurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
following up on work results.
• Maintains quality assurance staff job results by coaching, training, counseling, and disciplining
employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing the quality assurance budget; scheduling expenditures;
analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and monitoring
performance.

2. HEAD OF RISK MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL AUDITS (1 POST)
Job Purpose: Identification and elimination of any risks that may result in property loss, injury, or
legal liability that may expose a company to litigation or insurance claims.
Responsibilities:
• Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization;
• Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating
the risks affecting the business;
• Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the
organization such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating the
organization's previous handling of risks;
• Establishing and quantifying the organization's 'risk appetite', i.e. the level of risk they are
prepared to accept;
• Risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences, for example, to the board of
directors so they understand the most significant risks, to business heads to ensure they are aware
of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability
for individual risks;
• Corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders;
• Carrying out processes such as purchasing insurance, implementing health and safety measures
and making business continuity plans to limit risks and prepare for if things go wrong;
• Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and
external auditors
• Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization
• Conduct audits and ensures that staff members are working as per work policies and procedures.
Requirement
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Quality professional with 3+ years of experience with related experience
• Internationally recognized accounting or auditing certification, such as CPA, CIA etc. (desirable)
• Internal audit, COSO, internal controls, compliance and risk management
• Audit techniques (work programs, tests, sampling. documentation, reports)
• IT MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel)
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Behavioral competencies

Job purpose: Provide legal and commercial advice and direction in relation to all aspects of the
business direction of the company and to liaise closely with the Chief Operational Officer and to
advice on the strategy and development of the business.
Responsibilities
• To contribute to the business' objectives through providing first class legal and commercial
advice on the contractual relationships underpinning the company's business.
• To implement, commercial, legal and contractual strategies for the business which are consistent
with the long term interests of the company.
• To highlight risk issues where relevant, and to seek ways to mitigate risk through innovative
solutions.
• To take overall responsibility for the effective management including drafting and negotiation of
a large volume of contracts across the range of the company's activities.
• Acting as the first contact point for the sales teams in obtaining commercial instructions on
specific deals and working with the Head of to ensure the deals are compliant;
• Ensuring the sales teams are aware of the company's commercial, legal and governance policies;
• Working with the Director to formulate the best deal terms for key sales agreements;
• Evaluating, advising and executing agreements to an agreed level
• Deputizing for the Controller Legal and Rights when requested;

• Bachelor Degree in LAW from recognized institution.
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in legal affairs department.

5. ZONAL MANAGERS - CENTRAL, SOUTH, NORTH AND COASTAL - (1 POST EACH ZONE)
Job purpose: Accountable for achieving the Regional sales and profitability goals by providing
direction and leadership to the Regional Staff while responsible for the customer satisfaction and
market share within the Region.
Responsibilities
• Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer
interactions.
• Provides quality leadership for internal and external customers in all assigned tasks in the Region
inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative and improvement.
• Achieves the Region's revenue and profitability for Maxcom products in accordance with
corporate objectives.
• Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth and train Regional Sales
Representatives on how to sell products and services to Maxcom customers.
• Managing performance, coaching, mentoring, and career development Regional Sales
Representatives.
• Responsible for the Region's forecasting and sales tracking.
• Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.
• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and
future growth of regional sales and profitability.
• Communicate and Feedback the Regional sales information, corporate marketing and sales
operations to the Head of Department and Management team.
Requirement
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration
• At least four years experience in the same position or duties.
• Proven leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
• Strong Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features
and benefits to customers.

10. PREPAID CARD BUSINESS MANAGER ( 1 POST)
Job Scope:
The Corporate Prepaid Card Product Management team has ownership and responsibility for product
management and strategy for several products including payroll cards, incentive cards, and commercial
prepaid cards and works closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support the card portfolios.
Position Summary:
The Prepaid card Business Manager role is a recognized thought leader and subject matter expert in
managing existing product initiatives and capabilities. This position will be responsible for building out
Maxmalipo Prepaid card both local and Multinational Prepaid Service and related capabilities. The
position will also have responsibility for ongoing product management issues for both prepaid incentive
and prepaid commercial products. This is an individual contributor role responsible for working on highly
complex issues with broad product and business implications.
Responsibilities:
• Overall coordination of both internal and external resources related to the development, launch, and
ongoing management of the prepaid card product.
• Shape and implement strategies that will capitalize on market opportunities and partner requirements.
• Identify partnerships across corporate prepaid card verticals to support growth and development.
• Develop roadmap for penetration of the card and related strategies.
• Manage all outsourced technology vendors for site maintenance, system permissions and on boarding,
scheduled releases, off-cycle enhancements, and customer service related to the prepaid card
Business.
• Lead a cross-functional team to manage existing portfolios and develop strategies to grow
penetration/ activation/ usage of the Prepaid Incentive and Commercial Prepaid Card portfolios
• Conduct complex analysis, including business metrics analysis, portfolio level performance, segment
penetration and customer behavioral profiles to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Use research findings and analytical data to drive the development of new enhancements, tools and
services
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Support Prepaid Sales team in efforts to win new deals and renew existing business
• Own and manage the product requirements and associated documentation including product guides
and relevant components of the Prepaid card Operating Regulations
• Continuously review partner landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative
approaches to growing the Visa prepaid business.
Qualifications
• Strong contributor with 3+ years of experience in product management/product development
disciplines with proven leadership capabilities particularly in the prepaid card program,
• Demonstrated track record of developing product strategies based on business objectives and leading
implementation that delivers measurable business results.
