Human Resource And Administration Officer (ONE POST) DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM
The Human Resource and Administration Officer is responsible for > Analyzing and tabulating manpower statics and record, administer staff leave/welfare, develops policies on staff welfare, maintains inventory records and staff files, maintenance of up-to-date and accurate statistics for human resources, carrying out periodic job evaluation, helps in coordinates staff performance appraisal reports, deal with staff loans and salaries, maintains service agreements, coordinates and administers efficient office procedures, ensure good public image of the Fund is maintained, establishes offices of the Fund and ensures modern and conducive working environment. Candidates for this position should have a strong background of Tanzanian labor laws and ICT literate, BA degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, plus three years of relevant working experience. ICT literate. Age limit between 30-45 years old.
