Overseeing the implementation of the organisational results-based management strategy, you will be involved with planning and project design, capacity-building and effective communications; developing monitoring, assessment and reporting systems, analysing lessons learned and introducing enhancements; and, all the while, working collaboratively with team members and divisional colleagues.

With excellent research and analytical, IT and written and oral communication skills, you must possess in-depth knowledge of RBM principles and practices; have the ability to work as an integral member of a small team; and be open to fresh ideas and keen to learn.
