| Knowledge Transfer Coordinator (temporary position until 31 July 2015) | |

| Duties | |
| - Support for the FIFA World Cup Handbook project, including:
- Supporting monitoring and reporting on status of all handbooks
- Supporting contract management and administration
- Overall coordination of videos and graphics for the handbooks
- Integration of the photo-video capture project
- Support for the FIFA World Cup Project & Knowledge Management (PKM) projects:
- General project management administration
- Maintenance of the Project Management & Knowledge Transfer tool

| Requirements | |
| - Formal business/management qualifications or training
- Minimum 1-2 years of operational event experience; knowledge management or related experience (e.g. education, documentation, training, etc.) preferred
- Event management training and experience; specifically sport or football-related event experience advantageous
- Experience with professional photography and videography a plus
- English language fluency essential; French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Russian or Arabic an advantage
- Excellent writing skills, preferably in English
- Strong IT skills; familiarity and confidence with MS Office (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and MS Sharepoint desired
- Planning and organisation skills, project management skills
