Our role is increasingly important as students' expectations grow, new providers enter the market, and the global reach of UK higher education extends. In this context our models of delivery have become more complex but all are dependent upon recruiting and developing outstanding highly skilled people.
We already have a strong track record, having achieved Investors in People silver accreditation and having high levels of employee engagement. We are now ready to take our next steps with a focus on strengthening our collective expertise and broadening our offer of services to the higher education community both in the UK and internationally.

Key to this is having a people strategy focused on the delivery of QAA's strategic objectives.
In collaboration with experts in the organisation you will drive forward knowledge development and lead on the delivery of learning in relation to quality assurance and enhancement. You will ensure the strategic deployment of QAA people, helping us to recruit and retain the best, guiding, coaching and challenging on people motivation, management and development.
