Kibaya Urban Water Supply and sanitation Authority (KIUWASSA) is operate under Water Supply and sanitation Act No. 12 of 2009,is hereby inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced to apply for;-
Commercial Manager (one post)
Report to Utility Manager
Duties and responsibilities
• Prepare and submit all weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports to the Management meeting
Be innovative and creative in increasing and maintaining chances for revenue collection.
• Ensure that bills are distributed promptly to customers.
Prepare a monthly analysis of outstanding debts by age and customer types.
Prepare and implement revenue collection improving strategy.
• Counter checking the customer water consumption against previous months in order to discover any abnormality
• Maintain and updates customer database.
• carry out any other duties as may be assigned and as per job description.
Qualification:
Holder of Diploma in business administration or Database Management.
• A candidate with a degree or advanced diploma will have an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least six month working experience in water business and service sector.
