Requirements : 

• A degree in Business Administration or other with relevant equivalent qualification.
  
• Must have at least 5 years of practical Sales job related experiences.

Job Description :Execute sales of residential properties developed for sale by the Corporations.

Requirements :

• Possess at least a degree in Engineering from respective field (Civil/Electrical/Electromechanical/Environmental Engineering/Services Engineering)-
• Minimum 7 years experience including 3 years post qualification work experience on project supervision role.
  
• Familiarity with Contract Administration;
  
• Working experience with FIDIC forms of contract will be an added advantage

Job Description : Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations;

• Review concept, schematic and detailed designs;
• Assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk management in specialist roles;
• Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals;
• Managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on engineering issues;
• Overseeing the work of junior staff or mentoring engineers throughout the professional registration process
